About us
70 YEARS OF HISTORY, THIRD GENERATION.
Our passion for high quality and the experience derived first from our grandparents' workshop and then from our father's business, led us to create our own restaurant.
Shop and delicatessen
It was in the 1950s when our grandfather began hawking food to the farmsteads of the lower Brescia area. In 1954 he opened his first shop in Milzano with the help of his grandmother. Our father continued in our grandparents' business until 1992 when he opened his own shop with our mother in the centre of town where we still are today.
In 2018, our desire to renew and continue the family business led us to a new, modern concept: a sophisticated delicatessen with several excellent food products packaged to take away, but also with an adjoining restaurant and wine bar.
For our delicatessen, we meticulously select unique products with a superior taste heritage, only the best artisanal pork and dairy producers, multi-awarded by the most important industry guides.
We will accompany you on an exclusive discovery of flavours and traditions offering only Italian and international excellence.

Our delicious cured meats are available either take-away like an authentic shop or here sharing a board with friends and family with a glass of good wine.

The restaurant
From the kitchen, a careful selection of seasonal dishes harmonises with the refinement of our charcuterie and the attention to detail of the service in the dining room, all enhanced by a wide and fine selection of quality wines.

Our wine shop offers a wide selection of around 300 labels of fine wines from large wineries but also from small producers of
all kinds of wine, which you can buy to take away or enjoy in our restaurant with friends, family or colleagues for an aperitif, dinner or tasting.
You can consult our wine list or affidate to Gianluca, our sommelier, who will be able to advise and direct you according to your needs.
